House rules

First things first

• Strictly NO SMOKING inside the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony in the kitchen, but please collect your cigarettes butts.
• Please don’t wear shoes in the house.
• No pets allowed.
• No overnight or other guests which haven’t been confirmed with us.
• If an accident happens (e.g. broken glass or anything else, stains etc), please let us know. It’s ok, accidents do happen, but failure to inform us may lead to the replacement costs or cleaning fees taken out of your deposit.
• Please turn off the air conditioning and other large electric appliances when you are not at home.
• Always LOCK the door, close the balconies and the windows when leaving the apartment.
• Don’t leave any dirty dishes or rubbish when you check out.
• Please also don’t leave any food in the fridge or in the kitchen when you check out.
• Please keep the apartment clean and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived wherever possible.
• Don’t forget to have fun and enjoy this amazing city!
